Survey for Breastfeeding Advocates Who are Not IBCLCs

We are researchers from the University of South Florida, College of Public
Health and we are looking for participants to take part in a brief (5
minute) online survey.

The purpose of this survey is to assess the need for a breastfeeding
education and clinical training program that would train students and
professionals to become International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs).

You are eligible to take this survey if you live/work/attend school in
Florida and do not already have the IBCLC credential.

We need students from all disciplines, nurses working with mothers and
infants, WIC nutritionists and peer counselors, community health workers who
work with mothers and infants, and any other individuals who work with or
are interested in working with mothers and babies.

Should you decide to complete this survey, you will have the opportunity
to enter a raffle for one of eight $25 gift cards. All
information you share will remain confidential.

Please forward this information to others who may be interested. Thank you
for your time and consideration.
